Basically miniCD (or mini cd) are identical to regular CDs but the smaller size. These are 8 cm diameter and consequently the size is only 150 Mb. Because of this, they have a unique and attractive look. And because its smaller size, are ideal to be included with memorandums, communications, press reports, flyers, curriculums. When packaged with a slim jewel box they provide an exclusive image above the others and a perfect suite for scientific presentations, corporate presentations, company profiles. They can be used for new product evaluation and launching, congresses, seminars, fairs, product catalog, christmas presents, weddings, etc.

MinCD manufacturing can be carried out by replication or industrial stamping, depending upon the quality, quantity and timing of your order. For short runs, as well as for urgent jobs or highest quality, we will replicate your cDVD and terminate them by digital printing. We can produce up to 2000 pcs/day.

For large quantities (more than 1000 pcs), we manufature the cds by industrial stamping. The painting of the MiniCDs can be done by to different methods as described below.

The standard dvd quality can be reached out by painting the cds by serigraphy. In duplimaster.com we do have the latest technology in cd painting and can paint the cds by offset, which provides an almost photographic quality. The highest painting quality, though, is reached by digital printing, although in this way only short runs can be produced.
